The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is looking for individuals with an eye for detail. As a Room Attendant, it is your role to make our guests feel at home and ensure our rooms are cleaned and "Stage-Ready" for our guests. Our Room Attendants pride themselves in providing excellent customer service and consistency in each room they prepare.

What will you be doing?

• Service all stay-over rooms, changing sheets/pillows slips daily and replenishing towels/amenities as needed.
• Clean all check-out (vacant/dirty) rooms thoroughly, paying close attention to details and changing sheets/pillow slips. Replenish towels and amenities.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counter, and floor surfaces.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
• Vacuum the entire room thoroughly.
• Empty all trash, replacing trash liners if applicable.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guest room.
• Ensure a neat and organized housekeeping closet on the assigned guest floor.
• All other duties as assigned.

What do you bring to the role?

• Past experience in hotels and customer service is a plus
• Weekend availability required
• Must be available to work 1st Shift, M-F (8:00am-4:30pm), Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm), Sunday (9:00am-5:00pm)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
