Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago is a nonprofit workforce development leader with a mission of connecting people to work and preparing people for life. We are the largest among a network of 155 Goodwill organizations in North America and serve 23 counties across southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Goodwill's mission is centered around work and its transformative power. We accomplish our mission by providing meaningful work, training, and career advancement opportunities for more than 5,000 employees, and preparing and connecting job seekers with employers in the community and inside our organization, across all career levels to support our retail, laundry and staffing businesses.

RETAIL
Step into the heart of our vibrant community at any one of our Goodwill store and donation centers. Our retail operation includes a robust network of store and donation centers, outlets and our e-commerce platform.
GOODWILL GREAT LAKES
The U.S. Navy, Goodwill, and SourceAmerica are partnered at Naval Station Great Lakes through the AbilityOne Program, providing employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities.
LAUNDRY & LINEN
Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago has been a provider of quality commercial laundry services since 1974 when we began processing laundry for the U.S. Navy at Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois. Our customers now include hospitals and clinics throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.
