Liberty House, LLC. are Adult Family Homes serving adults 18 years & older that are Developmentally, Physically, Mentally/Emotionally Challenged, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and or have been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer’s. Liberty House has multiple locations in both Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties. Liberty House is Licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Health & Human Services and Division of Quality Assurance.
Liberty House will provide employment and or training opportunities for individuals seeking experience in the healthcare industry by providing formal instruction, course and testing materials to complete CBRF certifications for the following CBRF courses; Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, and Medication Administration coursework. These industry recognized credentials allow individuals to become employed in a variety of healthcare settings.
For individuals who already have experience and CBRF certifications, opportunities for work exist for caregivers at locations in Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls and Wauwatosa. Potential staff members must be capable of providing assistance for up to four individuals in accordance with the resident's ISP. Most Liberty House residents are ambulatory and high functioning, but require staff support or supervision. In addition to assistance, medication administration, use of ECP (electronic charting system), housekeeping, laundry and meal prep is expected. Staff duties will also have some variation depending on the shift worked.

Benefits:
Consistent full-time or part-time work, a fair and competitive wages ($11-$16/hr.) in a pleasant work environment, flexible schedules, quarterly bonuses*, and transportation allowance**. Wages based on experience, credentials, location, and hours. All Liberty House staff is supported by licensed RN who is on-call 24/hours day to assist staff and answer medical questions.
Shifts available include 1st 6AM-2PM, Split Shift 9AM-6PM, 2nd 2PM-10PM, and 3rd 10PM-6AM (limited shifts for 1st 7AM-3PM, 2nd 3PM-11PM, 3rd 11PM-7AM))
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma, HSED or GED, CBRF Certification, C.N.A. license, TB Skin Test, Flu Shot (Seasonal)
CBRF certification with a minimum of three months' prior Nursing Assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
